To improve the quality, the manufacturability and the assembly of composite plies, I offer 3D > 2D flat pattern development:

• Import DXF / IGES 3D Ply Boundary data
• Fibre Orientation Tools
• Deformation Limits to control the amount of Ply strain
• DXF / IGES / Laser Projection output
• Lay-Up of laminate plies in 3D space by material thickness, and associated 2D pattern adjustment
• Resolution of overlaps, cores, cut-outs, sharp corners and double curvature forms.
